It is very strange perhaps our educated members are not bothered about their flats. Still thinking about elections. They can have the elections let the project is completed. No further delay please.

Dear Fellow Members,

After a long time I am writing any mail. I am utterly distraught and distressed at the exchange of vituperative mails accusing one another. In this way, years and decades will pass by. We have not been able to march even a single inch ahead after we obtained the title of the Tower from the PNBHF. Had everyone contributed the requisite money for construction, the Tower could have been complete by now, and we would have shifted or rented it out. In both cases, it would have been a big financial relief. This project has sapped us financially and now we are maintaining a whilte elephant. No body says that s/he will not contribute but not promising when. This is shocking and baffling. We are suffering due to self-inflicted injuries. I may like to clarify that registration of flats is not the first requirement. The first and foremost need is to complete the structure. I request you all to contribute the money immediately so that the construction work begins without delay. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish, and don't think about yourself only. Selfish people harm others and harm themselves also; they never succeed. I also request you all to leave aside your ego. Let this tower not be a casualty of the egos of some individuals. Everyone is important- no body is more or less important. I am sure you will definitely act and pay money which in your interest only.

                       Kindly recall that construction of flats were intervened by declaring elections 2 years ago. Everybody agreed upon it. Even nominations for office bearers for elections were also registered. I suggest that we should complete one task at a time.
