POSSESSION AND REGISTRATION OF FLATS OF MMT

Dear Members,
As all of us are aware about the compensation received and registration of flats got done by builder in favour of our Hon’ble member Sh. S.K. Dash. Today there was case in Patiala House Court between us and PNB Housing Finance Ltd. The EOW has filled Closure Report in FIR No. 59 dt. 25.06.2014 against BNB Housing Finance Ltd. Next date of hearing is fixed for 19.11.2015. If Association wish, we have to file our objection on Closure Report before next date of hearing.
During discussion, I requested ACMM II, the Hon’ble justice, to direct the concern to do the registration of flats in the name of individual allottees. She mentioned that allottees may approach to Consumer Forum who has power to direct the concern to do the registration as one of your member got. Therefore it is apprised to the Hon’ble members that all may approach their advocates to revise their claims in the line of judgment in case of Sh. Dash and submit to Consumer Forum with active follow up.
