Dear President/Secretary/ Members,
Please refer to my mail dated 06 Oct 2015 werein I have informed that EOW has filed closure report in FIR No.59/2014 dated 25/06/2014 against PNB Housing Finance Limited. Next date of hearing is fixed for 19/11/2015 in court of SEMM II,Patiala House. During discussion SEMM II told that you may file objection against closure report if you desire so.I am of opinion that we should file objection.You are further requested to consider the filing of objection against closure report by EOW in the matter of PNB Housing Finance Limited.
