Society is bound by its agreement to help PNB in closure of the case,but members individually may oppose it.We may indirectly assist Mr Chauhan to follow up the case.

Dear Rakesh JI ,

Society is bound only within the legal frame work to help PNBHFL for closure of the case .

The closure report has many illegality and the corruption angle has not been investigated at all .

We can have an emergency meeting of EC to discuss the issue and take a decision which is in the best interest of our members and is legal .
