Ms Ranjana Yadav, Ex Secretary has obtained a letter from Ms Madhu Singh purported to be authorizing her doing registration of flats to flat owners on behalf of Ms Madhu Singh .Legality of the authorization has not been verified by the Society.However if any members intends get their flat registered with the help that authorization through Ms Yadav ,Society has no objection.Society wants welfare of its members through any source or through anybody.
However this is my personal view,Executive committee has taken no decision in this regard as Ms yadav has not submitted this letter before Society for taking any view.

Sir

I agree with your decision to convey members your view. Members may considered the offer of registration by our ex. Secretary. They may also obtain legal opinion for their satisfaction and may convey the same to others. Also we should try to get the common facility available as soon as possible so  that members may reside in their dream home.

Dear Mr Neeraj ,

How many times you want to be mislead and cheated . Is is not enough that we end this story of believing lies and misinformation . Mr Rakesh Mohan had send her a show cause notice which she never replied , Mr Shivram Krishnan send her a clarification which she has not replied , I asked her to hand over records of the society which she never did . Below are some examples of misinformation and lies.  
1.She said in one of the mail that we have collected Rs 5000 extra from each member whi.le getting funds for  PNBHFL- the fact is that we have collected Rs 3 (lacs short of 3 crores because she gave a list of 84 members while actually there are 83 only( 83 x 3.58 = 297.14 , draft charges were paid approx 14 thousand  so we had only 2.97 crores i.e 3 lacs less than what we have paid to PNBHFL)
2. She has said that some members flat has been sold for 25 lacs which is valued at 77 lacs . Let her disclose the deal . We can offer her similar flat for 50 lacs , she will gain 27 lacs - let her come forward .
3. She has valued the unsold two flats and two shops at Rs 4 crores . Let her bring a customer for 3 crores  
 and sI ell it as she has the power ( as per her version from the builder ) and give the money to FOAM so that construction may start.
4. She has not paid money in the legal expense and maintenance and has paid only 1 lac in construction while she en cashed all the cheques of some members .
5. She has paid more that 9.5 lacs to Dincur Bajaj without any approval from EC or GBM and has not deducted any TDS which is mandatory  
We have paid penalty of over 35 thousand rupees to IT Dept for her default of not submitting the TDS deducted from Contractor in time and than not submitting the return of TDS on time .
6. She has transfered more than RS 4 lacs to her personal account from FOAM account and has shown them as spent . Some of the expenses are justified and some not but there is not reason that she should transfer money to her personal account.
7. The security which she has paid to electricity dept is in her personal name and she is not giving the receipts and authorisation so that FOAM can take credit of the same while getting re connection . It is your money which she is not alowing to be used for your benefit .  
There are so many things which she has to come clean . She does not have trust in democracy and wish to act as the monarch of MMT - some of her past mails are testimony to this .

We are making all efforts to start the construction which is a priority but it can not happen without money so I request every one to pay the outstanding dues and help us in achieving the target .

Registration of flats will be done as soon as possible in a legal way and efforts are being done in that direction as well which have been intimated as EC and GBM proceeding to all of you .  

I have always welcome her contribution but it should be based on truth and honesty of purpose . I again request her and those to whom she confides and listen that please stop this negative activity and come and sit with every body and complete the task .

No one is interested to do witch hunting and every body is a nice person to forgive the past but it should be not continued and she must cooperate in a positive way and not try to mislead and exploit people.
