Objection of bail application of Madhu Singh

Dear Members,

Bail application of Madhu Singh , Director AJS Builders Ltd is to be heard by the Court of Honorable Justice Sunil Gaur , Delhi High Court on 15/10/2015 in the matter of Ganaur Project ,FIR lodged by Mr S K Dash and FOAM. I have been emphasising on two - three occasions in the meetings and also in verbal discussions with members that if bail is granted by the Court she will be away from our grip and our cases will be weak and may prolong to take benefit from Consumer Court as well as cases filed with EOW.Therefore all are requested to reach Delhi High Court on 15/10/2015 and oppose her bail.

Executive body FOAM is further requested to take appropriate action in the matter and also appoint an advocate who can look after the case lodged against AJS builder with EOW.
