Kindly go through the draft , modify it yourself or take help of your
lawyer and send it across by registered AD to the address given.

KINDLY TAKE AN INDEPENDENT INITIATIVE ALSO SINCE INDEPENDENT
INITIATIVE WILL FORCE US TO SEEK LEGAL HELP ON OUR OWN AND HENCE
INCREASE THE FORCE AND IMPACT OF THE KEY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE
BUILDER AND THE BANK (PNB).

The group FIRs are clubbed and are not as forceful as independent and
variously drafted FIRs as independent FIRs will multiply the impact
multifold.

The Draft sent by Sh Dash is attached herewith, please take an hour
off, concentrate and modify the attached FIR according to your
situation/facts and if you want hire a lawyer of your own, get it
vetted and send it across by registered AD ASAP (As soon as Possible)
