Misleading and damaging mail of Smt. Ranjana Yadav.

Friends, Ms Ranjana Yadav has always been an adversary to MMT project. She has done nothing to facilitate the completion of this project although she was secretary for more than two years. Thanks to her mal-intention and mismanagement, we have been pushed to several years back in this project. In spite of all she leaves no opportunity to misguide the people and to spread mistrust.
Smt. Ranjana Yadav has always tried to play the game of divide and rule but fortunately she has always failed in her game planned and has been exposed to all. Because of her nefarious and damaging activities, she was side-lined by the members of FOAM. But she still tries to play this game again and again.
The construction work which was started in 2013, met a road block, because she did not pay her contribution and also misappropriated the amount, which is known to all members . She claims to having two flats but has paid only Rs 1 lakh towards construction, whereas most of us has paid 2 lakh or more for single flats.She has not paid any pica towards legal fee and maintenance cost, but spreading confusion in the minds of members.
The recent mail is again the part of her game plan to spoil the good intention of the members who are trying their best to bring all the members together and get their beloved project handed over to them at the earliest. The so called case, she has referred to in her mail dated 19th December, 2015 is a case which the FOAM has lodged to get registration rights to our members through FOAM. There are only four (4) members who are litigant in the case and not 85 as mentioned by her. As regards payment of Rs. 5000 as legal fee from members, it is dues from members including Smt. Ranjana Yadav,who have failed to pay during DRAT case.We should remember that during DRAT case, society has paid more than Rs 5 lakhs to our advocates Mr. K K Sinha and Mr Joshi.
It is clarified that no money has been asked/demanded from any member for filing of the case referred my Ms Yadav. The amount of Rs. 5000, has/had been demanded from the members, who have not paid the legal fee due from them, till date.
Friends, you are advised not to fall in nefarious game of Smt. Yadav who has always played against the interest of members and because of her mischief, we all are suffering since 2013. Even after a very favourable decree from DRAT in our favour, she does not intend that the society should succeed either in construction of incomplete project or win any case which enables our members to get registration in their favour and become legally owner of their flats.
All members are advised to concentrate on construction of the Project and get registration in their favour.They should be careful from malicious design of Ms yadav and others who are playing in hands of AJS builders.
