Dear Sir,

I do not agree with your views as securing title is  important than completing the building.  If we can not be sure of the title of property than what is the point of completing the building itself.  If the priority of title would not have been there than all the members would not have paid their contribution to PNBHFL.  So It is my humble request that we should all try to be legally sure of that how the title of the property can be transferred in the name of the members whether with the help of the letter of Ranjanaji or otherwise instead of the blame games and  should make a clear cut common minimum programme to complete the common area facilities which are required to make the building habitable as per bye-laws and then should try to complete the pending work of the individual flats.

डॉ. गोयल जी के मेल पर आप सभी से एक सवाल की आप सभी बुद्धिजीवी लोग हो कर भी  न जाने चुप क्यों बैठे है यह एक बड़ा मुद्दा बन गया है | में जानना चाहता हु आप लोगो से क्या आज की परस्थति में आप का पहला काम अपने भवन को कम्प्लीट करना या की भवन की रजिस्ट्री | कुछ लोग अपने व्यक्तिगत अजेंडे से सभी सदस्य को भर्मित कर अपने कारनामो पर पर्दा डालना चाहते है इस तथ्य को जानने के लिए डॉ. गोयल जी की मेल को पढ़ा जाये आप को सारी जानकारी मिल जाएगी की किस प्रकार सदस्यों को बरगलाया जा रहा है | में पूछना चाहता हु आदरणीय मेडम रंजना जी से आप ने उस पत्र को सोसाइटी को क्यों नहीं दिया जो पत्र बिल्डर श्रीमती मधु सिंह ने आप को दिया क्या वह पत्र आप की व्यक्तिगत प्रॉपर्टी है | वो एक गैरकानूनी पत्र है जिस से बिल्डर का भला तो हो सकता है परन्तु सदस्य का इस में कोई लाभ नहीं है चूकि वो ऑथोरटी लेटर अधूरा है | आप सभी से अनुरोध है आप सभी मेल के माध्यम से या व्यक्तिगत रूप से श्रीमती रंजना जी को सलाह दे की वो उस पत्र को सोसाइटी को सोपे और अगर वो पत्र क़ानूनी रूप से सही है तो वो बिल्डर की प्रॉपर्टी को सब से पहले बेच कर दिखाए न की शेखचिल्ली की भाति लोगो को गलत सलाह दे कर सोसाइटी के कार्यो में रोड़ा न अटकाए | चूकि आप भली भाति जानते है की उस पत्र की क़ानूनी जानकारी आप का और आप की सोसाइटी का काम है न की श्रीमती रंजना जी का मेरा यह भी श्रीमती रंजना जी से सवाल है की आप डॉ. गोयल की मेल का जवाब उन के पूछे गये सवालो पर देने का कष्ट करे |

मेरा पुनः आप सभी से निवेदन है की सोसाइटी की कंस्ट्रक्शन प्रकिया में सम्लित हो कर अपना भुगतान दे कर आपने भवन में पहुंचे का रास्ता साफ करे और डॉ. गोयल की मेल को अवश्य पढ़े |

Dear Mr Diwakar ,

In a society the opinions differ. We are making efforts on both sides i.e completion of building and getting title deed to members .

Nothing will come free and if you think that all others will contribute and you will enjoy than I have nothing to comment and it is the members who will decide what is to be done in such situation .

As requested you several times please contribute your share and express your views and than we act as per democratic norms . 

There is no blame game - I have asked specific query exposing her lies , if you want to believe her go ahead no one has stopped you , nor any body is coming in your way.

Hope to have understanding and cooperation from all .

Dear Mr. Goel,

That is exactly I am saying that in a society opinions differ.  I have conveyed my opinions only and have not sought your kind advice whether I should believe  Ms. Ranjana Ji or should go in a particular manner or not.  I have given my opinion as I am fully agree with the views of our president Shri Rakesh Mohan ji and Mr. Neeral, who are perhaps agreeing somewhere with my views about procuring the title of the property by any means.
 Please abstain from making the remarks like ALL WILL PAY AND I WILL ENJOY in future as it is not leaving a good taste.  I have bought the flat from the builder and I have not taken anything from anybody so far.  Please note that My property of flat no A-234 is not touched in any manner by any of the contractors appointed by FOAM in the society.  Unless or untill an understanding is signed by me with the SOCIETY/ASSOCIATION, I am not bound to make any payment.

The confidence of the most of the people is shaken because of the blame games, not having a clear strategy & transparency.  Don't force me to even think that whatever little time I have given for the society was a waste. Every body has given Rs. 358,000/- to PNBHFL believing your words that once we get the title something good will happen.  But I feel nothing concrete have been heard thereafter from the present executive body and it has been a long period.  


Please appreciate  the suggestion in a positive manner and not with a fixed mind frame. I appreciate your efforts and other people who are working hard for the benefit of the flat owners  but   It is equally important to bring in all the members under one umbrella.

Sir(s),

As a layman I understand that title to a flat can be registered only 
if the flat has a completion certificate i.e., the building in which the flat 
is located  has functional common facilities,therefore completion of a flat and its title transfer are complementary to each other, therefore everyone
 would agree that both the acts are equally important, I fail to understand 
that what makes august members to agree to disagree with every move FOAM initiates.
Moreover I wish legitimate owning of our flats was as simple as typing 
a mail sitting in a cosy corner of our airconditioned dwelling and setting examples for which each one of feels ashamed at some point of time in life, kindly come forward with positive ideas and co-operate with each other,
I earnestly request everyone to let bygones be bygones and move forward,
With regards to all FOAM members,
 a poor sufferer.

Dear Diwakar Ji ,

You have paid Rs 3.58 Lacs  to PNBHFL and all others have also paid the same amount . But to fight the case in DRT, DRAT and other forums most of the members have also paid some amount which you have not paid . So many members have also paid for construction fund which you have not paid any . How you expect the society to proceed for getting the legal formalities or common facilities done without contribution from all flat owners .
For security of the MMT tower which includes your flat as well we are paying to the security guards every month , your contribution has never come for that - Is it right ?
My comment was in that light and not any way to hurt your sentiments .
I appreciate your opinion but you can not make it binding on all , we have to go by majority view which may not be the best all times .
Kindly think in that direction and cooperate .
