Dear All,

I am very shocked to bring to everybody’s notice the incident happened
with my son Yashverdhhan while coming out on scooter from the basement
parking at the boom barrier and access control. This incident happened
on 12th instant at 20.44hrs. I was unable to upload the video earlier
due to the footage format which was provided by Wilbros and now the
same is in proper format for viewing.

I would first request you to check out the following video link on
Youtube regarding the whole episode because on hearing or reading you
do not understand the gravity of the incident.

This hit and run act was of Mr. Amir Ali resident owner of BX1015, T3
and the whole incident was also witnessed by Mr. Kartik in a white
Astar behind Mr. Amir’s car and the guard present. Instead of
apologizing, Mr. Amir arrogantly said "CHAL NA MERE PAAS TIME NAHIN
HAI!". My son said "YEH KYA TAREEKA HAI?" and then checks for the
damage to the scooter. Mr. Amir again said "CHAL NA!" in spite of this
my son asked very politely and said "AAP PLEASE GAADI SIDE MEIN
LIJIYE". Mr. Amir intentionally charged his car without bothering
about my son’s safety . Due to this my son was dragged and brushed
against the side wall of the narrow basement parking ramp. This could
have inflicted a serious life-threatening injury.

It seems time is more important than human life for some!

After the incident Yash called me up and informed about the episode. I
and my wife rushed to the main gate and lodged the complaint in
writing with the security. We were not aware of Mr.Amir’s name and the
flat number at that time and only the car number was mentioned in the
complain. I also informed the security to convey and enquire about the
flat number when the car returns. But, finally at around 23hrs we went
to basement to check for the car and found out to be parked in their
parking slot and then we could get their flat number.

I called up from the main gate security intercom to Mr. Amir’s flat
and asked him to please come down to discuss the whole incident.
Instead he refused to come down and said you should have called up
after the incident why you are calling now at late hour. I said I only
came to know about your flat number now and hence asking you to come.
He asked me to talk on phone and said that your son was on mobile
while riding and due to that this accident happened and I have said
sorry to him even then. I was shocked to hear false statements made my
Mr. Amir to defend his mistake rather than submitting to it. On this I
asked him to come down and discuss in front of all and on insistence
of others present there he finally agreed and came down with his wife.

I expected at least he will understand his mistake and we will
amicably sort things out amongst ourselves. But, he and his wife were
offensive and I was astonished to hear from them that “KUCH HUA TO
NAHI” means it only matter when some mis happening would occur. After
that it was unbearable for us to digest their false statement and
attitude and there was brawl and they went off without resolving the
matter.

This whole incident would not have gone to this magnitude had Mr. Amir
would handled the situation properly after the accident rather than
running out and endangering my son’s life. To defend his one mistake
he made false allegations and many more mistakes. If he was sorry he
would not run from there and at least should have got down of the car
to see if everything is ok.

I thank to GOD that we have the CCTV footage of the whole incident
otherwise we would not have been able to prove the false allegations &
actions of Mr. Amir.

I think there will be lot of such or similar incident happening in the
society with others also which we ignore in our day to day busy life
and by this we are promoting such incident to happen more frequently .

I therefore request everybody to please share their views and share
any incident which they have faced. So, to tackle incidents like this
do not happen in future, proper action against the person responsible
should be taken to set precedence for others to discourage to commit
such actions.

Best rgds.
