From the Recorder:

Cardinal learned that the Apple Valley section of Buckland, which is accessible by roadways through Ashfield, could be wired by the cable company, with permission from Ashfield town officials. Also, to reach the 15 Buckland households in Apple Valley, it may be possible for the cable service to serve about 16 Ashfield households along the path.
“(Comcast) could negotiate with Ashfield for that stretch,” said Cardinal. “It won’t be easy, but it is doable. Comcast said they’ve done it before, but it comes down to cost.”

Thanks David. (And Andy!)
So does this mean that those of us in Apple Valley should be organizing and talking to someone?
Suggestions?
