Ender 3 for sale

Hi everyone, I'm looking to upgrade to a newer and higher end 3d printer. I have a heavily modded ender 3 I got for a gift last year to "test the waters" and get my feet wet and I don't really have the space/need for two printers. I've really enjoyed the learning process and being able to upgrade this one but I'm hoping for something that can print a little more reliable and a little faster too.

4.2.7 silent board

CR Touch

Metal extruder

Glass bed

Upgraded bed springs

Klipper on a PC I had laying around (included if wanted)

I was hoping to sell it for at least $300 or best offer.
