refreshing the desiccants in the filament storage bins

I noticed that the desiccant canisters in the filament storage containers were in need of refreshing...all the moisture meter strips indicated things were definitely not dry.

I have them all at my home and will return them refreshed early next week. There was one storage bin that has silica packs that I don't think can be refreshed. Perhaps we can order some more desiccant containers with an upcoming order.
