I have a couple of MacBooks in search of a home.  One is VERY old but fully functional and in great shape.  The other is newer-ish (2018) but it needs a new display (**might need** a logic board, but I doubt it, as it works fine with an external display plugged in)

1) 2015 2.5 Ghz Intel Core 2 duo with a whopping 2 gigs of ram

2) 2018 6-Core i9, 32 gigs ram (this was a really nice machine for 2018).  Fully functional if connected to an external display, and could probably be fixed with a relatively cheap replacement screen.  If it does need a logic board, it's probably not worth the part (at least for one with this higher-end spec).  It appears you can buy a fully functional MacBook of this spec for a little over $400 and the logic board at this spec is much more expensive.

I would love for these to go to folks who really need a computer (the 2015 probably only being good for email and Word).  OR - if someone wants to repair and sell the 2018 and donate any profit to the space, that would make me happy as well.

Let me know if interested.

I DO need a new computer but I have plans to get one in the summer, and those one's wouldn't be much of an upgrade over my current one.
