Fall 1000km: Last chance for PBP priority

Each brevet region has been allocated 1 spare ACP event for the calendar year.

I am considering adding a 1000km to the calendar in the Fall for those who wish to complete a 1000km in order to get PBP priority registration and have not been able to in 2026.

I do not have a route designed yet.

We could reuse the Hella Chill route or come up with something new; there's time for that.

I would like to push it into October for the following reasons:

-cooler temps in the flatter regions

-further away from hurricane season
