Hi all,

I'm a Senior Manager at Red Hat in Raleigh and a grad student at UNC. My thesis "Career decisions of Asheville-area software developers" needs your help. I'm looking to get more insight about the community and its growth over the past two years. I have an 11-question survey that I'm using as part of the study.

Would you be able to provide me your insight by taking the survey?

If you have any questions you can reach me at tm...@redhat.com, or find me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/thomasmirc

Email me if you'd like more information about the survey, the project, or Red Hat.

You should post your thesis to the list once you've finish it. I'd be interested in reading it.

Great suggestion. I will post to the group after it is finished in December. A big thank you to this group, I've received a good number of responses and some tremendous information!
