Ashburn Assembly adults – Below is a follow-up email I saw today from Kerry Clarke (Adult Leadership Retreat coordinator). Please RSVP to her if you would like to go to the retreat. Note that she is also able to align people with roommates.

The event is overnight and will begin at 4 PM on Saturday, November 23 and end at noon on Sunday, November 24.

Downtown Richmond Hilton Garden Inn
501 East Broad Street
Richmond, VA 23219

ROOM RATE
We secured a group rate of $99 per room plus tax. Use the reservation instructions below to access our group rate.
PARKING
The cost for parking is around $20 for valet or in the lot across the street from the hotel. Street parking is free if you can find a space and if you do not mind the walk. I recommend valet because you can check your vehicle in and out as many times as you would like during your stay. If you park in the lot across the street from the hotel, you must pay the parking fee each time you move your vehicle.
MEALS
Breakfast: Breakfast is $10 per person, which I will collect at the event.
Dinner: We will walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner. I have arranged for us to have separate checks and I promised we will be patient with the waitstaff in return J

4. Enter the number of rooms and adults attending the event.

6. Enter Group code: IORG
7. Click Check Availability
8. Select your choice of King or Queen room for $99
9. Complete the reservation process
Reservations by Phone
1. Call 1-877-782-9444
2. Identify yourself as a member of International Order of Rainbow for Girls
3. Complete the reservation process
DEADLINE
The deadline to register is November 1. You must register by this date to enjoy our group rate.
DISCUSSION TOPICS
I have been collecting discussion topics all year but I would love to hear from youwhat you would like to discuss at this year’s event. Is your assembly doing something special that you would like to share with other assemblies? Have something going on in your assembly that you would like to discuss with a larger group? Let me know!
