Hi Everyone,

I wanted to make sure you have all marked your calendars for December 19, 2015 at 10 am for our initial  meeting of the incoming Board for Rainbow Assembly #11 at Olive Branch. This is where the old Board will meet with the new Board and the paperwork can be signed and turned in for upcoming new year. Your have received this email because you have been asked to be on the new Board and have agreed to take a position to help us grow Rainbow Assembly #11 here at Olive Branch Lodge in Leesburg.  The old Board members have also been asked to attend so we can all share ideas. We will have breakfast for everyone because we know it will be a busy day.

We need to look at the calendar of upcoming events and how we can get the word out to young ladies to know we are here. Please let me know if you have any questions.
