MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 9^TH AUGUST, 2012

1. Independence Day

·        Venue: Powai English School. Time: 4-6pm

·        Nikhil and Sangeetha took responsibility of getting place cleaned, banners put etc.

·        Items required from decorator (Anand):

o   Stage (Max budget – Rs. 2000)

o   2 mikes

o   Lights to be checked

o   Shamiana on 2 sides

o   Partition of stage middle

o   4 tables

o   50 chairs

·        Snacks : (Lata)

o   Maybe a packet of mixed dry fruits

o   10 bisleri bottles

o   Glasses for guests

·        Gifts for guest: ASHA bag with diyas.

·        Bouquet to be arranged (Sangeetha)

·        India flag (Big) can it be put up?

·        Chief guest details: Collect from Ritu

·        Gaurvav and others: Props and any other requirements

 

2. Miscellaneous

·        Mr. Solomons administration abilities are not as per our expectations. Hence it was decided to restrict him to teaching with a pay of Rs. 3000/- per month and not Rs. 5000/-

·        Nikhil and Lata would finalize a letter of appointment and give it to all teachers so that their duties and terms are clear
