Some alternate styles of movement are also acceptable in my opinion
(regarding: "If you have to move, you should preferably move in a
sniper or infantry crawl, with your weapon cradled in your elbows, and
use your toes and elbows to propel you.")

During Vietnam a common problem with dense foliage was detection of
tracks. If you use that cradle style of crawling you will often drag
large amounts of leaves, pine needles, dirt, etc... An alternate SLOW
MOVING style of movement is the "spider crawl". This style is by
SLOWLY picking yourself up on your hands and your feet so you are only
in contact with the ground in four places. Then you, lean forward
slightly and SLOWLY lower yourself in front of you. You will begin to
find that this is a very slow paced MUSCLE ACHING style of movement.
So you must remember that when moving you should always be aware of
what you are bringing with you.

Good additions, I've reviewed for grammatical errors and edited them
into the guide. Keep on posting, we'll have a great resource in no
time!
