Post links to the best ghillie construction guides, links to uploaded
photos of your ghillies, or your own guide to making ghillies (IMG
code doesn't work here, by the way).

Discussions of how to use natural camouflage (aka, natural foliage,
etc) properly would be fine. This is mostly a guide on how to conceal
oneself. Thanks!

Concealing yourself effectivly is one of the hardest jobs of a sniper.
If done right however, it can be an extremely useful procedure. You
can conceal yourself in many ways, facepaint, ghillie suit, natural
material etc... The goal of ghillie suits and natural material "suits"
is to break up the human appeareance and make it seem like a nutural
object. You must avoid pattern and any sort of bright un-natural
color. The human eye detects things first in this order:
1) Motion
2) During the day, mostly red. It can also detect yellow, orange or
any shade of either.
3) At night, the human eye detects blue over any other color.

If you can achieve a good break up, minimum motion, awareness of
color, and/or any of both, you have achieved camoflauge.
