Support for switching between .nv.constant2 (for Fermi) and .nv.constant3 (for Kepler)

Dear colleagues,
The constant data on Kepler seems to be kept in 0x3 bank, while it was
0x2 on Fermi. I added the corresponding switch in r757 [1] to
libasfermi branch.
Would you have an interest to make the same change on trunk?
