You work at NV right? Actually our only problem is that NV doesn't release its assembler. I thought it's a company strategy, that's why I refrained from contacting anyone at NV (excluding you, of course).

Yes, I just started my career in NV. 

As in my paper done during my PhD work, "Unfortunately, NVIDIA does not disclose the encoding of the control notation. We do not know how to generate the control notation exactly as the nvcc compiler". 

I doubt that NV will demystify the assembler sometime soon.
