V0.44 uploaded, asf runs on Mac OSX

Version 0.44 is available for download on http://code.google.com/p/asf/
It had to work on OSX, but I had to change some parts of the code
dealing with setting screen resolutions.
Note: If you want to run the tutorials on OSX you have to exchange \
to / in the std-files that come with the tutorials.
I cleaned up the website a bit.
