Parallel Port Support

Dear All,
Matlab is not supporting the parallel port also under Win 7 64 bit
anymore. The parallel port is becoming obsolete and ASF already
supports alternatives for digital IO such as NI cards or arduino. On
the other hand there exist libraries that (may) work, but it would
require some effort from my side to make them available within ASF.
I would like to know whether you think that ASF should provide support
for the parallel port or not.
Please let me know what you think about this.
