Need additional photographer and videographer for showcase

Hi Parents!

The winter showcase is a few days away and we would like to have 1 more videographer and photographer.  The showcase is this Friday 12/8 in the GLC from 7-approx 8:30.  Please reply back ASAP if you would be able to document our event and if it is for the videographer or photographer position.

Rm 19: Flute I (2:40 - 3:15pm), Flute 1 (3:15-3:50pm)
Flute 2 (3:50-4:30pm), Flute III (4:30~5:10pm)
 
Fall: 9/8, 9/22, 10/27, 11/3, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8, Showcase 12/8
Winter: 1/12, 1/19, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16
Spring: 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/18, Showcase 5/18
 
Drop off child 5 mins before class and pick up child promptly after class. All students should bring their black music binder and flute to every class. Use the outside entrance and arrive no earlier than 5 mins before class time to minimize disruption of classes that are in progress.
 
Parent Volunteer Duties:
* arrive 5 min. before the beginning of class and setup 5 music stands
* Take attendance and give out nametags
* @ end of class, put away chairs/music stands, clean up room, turn off the light, shut the door
* Return folder to the ASEP cabinet

Parent helper duties:
- take attendance and hand out name tags at the beginning of class; Call the parent/YMCA/front office for absent student
- Help during class
- Ensure all students are picked up at the end of class; close bathroom doors, make sure rm#20 is clean; check rm#20 doors are shut and lights are off
