Baking class this Friday 10/27/2017 Room #20 3:10-4:40pm

Just a friendly reminder that our next baking class will be this coming: 

Friday, Oct. 27, in Room 20 from 3:10pm to 4:40pm. Please pick up your kids on time or no later than 5pm!!!!

 

Please reply this email if your child will miss this week's class.

 

This Friday's volunteers are Geneva (Peyton Hui’s parent).

Parent volunteers, please report to Room 20 by 3:05pm to assist during class and cleanup. THANK YOU!

 

We do need volunteers for 11/3 and 11/17, 2 volunteers per class!  Please sign up here:

ASEP Baking:

Fall: 8/25, 9/1, 9/8, 9/22, 9/29, 10/27, 11/3, 11/17

 

Pls drop off your child 5 minutes before class and pick them up promptly at 4:40pm. Two parent volunteers are required for each class, Parent volunteers need to arrive at 3:05pm to help during the class and cleanup. Please ensure that all students are picked up at the end of class.

* Take attendance - attendance folder is located in the ASEP cabinet
* Students should enter from outside Rm 20, not through the GLC
* Ask the teacher supervisor to call parents/YMCA if a student is absent and was not previously notified
* Pls drop off your child 5 minutes before class and pick them up promptly at 4:40pm. Two parent volunteers are required for each class, Parent volunteers need to arrive at 4:20pm to help with cleanup.
* Ensure that all students are picked up at the end of class.
