Re: 5th baking class reminder

Dear Parents,

Just a friendly reminder that the 6th baking class will be this Friday Nov 4, in Room 20 from 3:10pm to 4:40pm.  Please send an e-mail to the Google group if your child will miss class.

 

Volunteers are  Nobuko (Sam-Lei's mom) and Ping (Thomas's mom). 

 

Please go to Room 20 by 2:50pm to help to set up the classroom.

1. Two ovens need to put in front of the classroom on top the moving cart (you should be able to find the cart in either room 20 or GLC)

2. Setup the table: Put 4 sets of Mixing Bowel, Hand Mixer and tablecloth on and after the 2nd row (away from the oven). All of the cooking material should be able to found in the the cabinet.

3. Ask all the students and volunteers to wash their hands as soon as they come to the classroom.

4. Please get the baking class folder from the ASEP drawer in GLC. Some kids need to leave early for the Percussion class, please collect those kids' name tag before they leave. 

Parent volunteers should be in the classroom for the duration of the class to assist the teacher and/or children as needed.  Clean-up should start by 4:20 or earlier if possible.  Thanks!

Hi, Lin Corricello will miss Baking today.  She is now on the flag football team, and there is a game today.

I checked my calendar and it looks like there are three classes left, including today (11/4, 11/18 and 12/9).  Did I get that right?  If so, Lin will be missing all three of the remaining classes because of conflicts with flag football games.
