Dear ASEP friends and families!

Thank you all for your help and support in putting on a successful showcase.  We couldn't have done it without the help of our many volunteers, instructors, parent coordinators, MCs and especially the kids, who've spent many hours practicing for the night.  I hope all of your kids enjoyed the night and are proud of the all the work they put into it.  

Thank you to my fellow coordinator, Rachel, and our Chinese Liaison, Stephanie Wang.  You both have been awesome to work with and I look forward to the new year.

Some final notes:

- Stephanie will be stepping down as our Chinese Liaison next semester.  If anyone is interested in learning about or taking on this position, I will get you in touch with Stephanie.

Judy,

My kids will be in the parade and they also have flute and erhu on Fridays.  They will be at parade practice for those few weeks instead of ASEP.   I would just let the parent volunteer and the instructor know for those few Fridays.

Baking in Chinese (Friday 3:10-4:40pm) Rm#20
Fall: 8/26, 9/2, 9/9, 9/23, 9/30, 11/18, 12/2, 12/9
Showcase: 12/9/16 Friday 7pm GLC
Pls drop off your child 5 minutes before class and pick them up promptly at 4:40pm. Two parent volunteers are required for each class, Parent volunteers need to arrive at 4:20pm to help with cleanup.
* Ensure that all students are picked up at the end of class.
