Staying on top of the activities

Hello everyone!

Camp is still going great! I really appreciate how well everyone is doing everyday.

We are pretty much at the halfway point!  I would just like to remind everyone to please stay on top of the activities each day ahead of time.  This includes field trips.  Ask or email ahead of time, at least a day before, to make sure you know where we are going, if there have been any changes, and to make sure you know how to lead the activities for the day.  Preparation is key to making sure we can flow with any hiccups that come up and that we can continue to offer top notch care for these kids.

Next week is Kenya and as always we will be having our mandatory planning meeting this Thursday and Friday (You only have to come to one) at 1pm.  If you are unable to attend, please email myself, Grace, or Vandor.  

As a final note, as we get closer to the end of summer, Vandor and I will be more and more involved in planning for next year.  We will still be here to support everyone but there will be more expected of staff as far as getting the materials ready for activities, leading activities, getting the kids ready to go on field trips etc.  These are all things that are expected already but there will be less minute to minute direction from management.  Please make sure you know the daily schedule and are prepared.

As always, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask any manager or other staff memebers.
