For Italy I know we were trying to find fieldtrips. I spoke to an
employer to La Copa Loca an ice cream shop on 22nd and Capp st. We can
get a tour and learn how they make gelato and maybe a discount on
gelato. We have to speak to Mauro (415) 401-7424, and schedule tour.
