Logbook submission and PPT Template for Second Review (Phase II)– Reg
For your information : Find all the attachments ( 5 files )
Absent for the review will not be permitted.
1. For all the B.Tech IV year project groups, Second Review for Phase –II is scheduled on 21/03/2012 Wednesday from 9.00 AM to 4.45 PM. (There are two different sessions, Some panels will be running on FN others in the afternoon, Please verify the timings and panel details with the lists attached with this mail)
2. All the project groups are requested to prepare for the Power point presentation (PPT) in the format (PPT Template) is attached already. The maximum no. of slides for the review is also given in the PPT Template.
Map your project to PPT, don’t map PPT Template to your project (As addressed by HOD and Panel members)
3. All project groups are intimated to show their finalized PPT to the project advisor / Guide on or before 20/ 03/ 2012 evening 4.00 PM and get the signature from the guide in the “Consolidated Report (Before the Review)” page of your logbook and also for all weekly reports from Starting To Till date.
4. After showing PPT and getting signature from the Project Advisor / Guide, all project groups are informed to submit their project log-books to the Project coordinators on or before 20/03/2012 04.45 PM to Cabin No: AP 16 Faculty Room 2 II floor Academic block III and come and take your logbook back on the same day before review starts.
Important Note: This time, all the project teams are requested to inform the Guide to make their presence in the review along with the panel members during your presentation. Please confirm your presentation time slot and intimate the same to your guide.
Note:
Only the project groups submitting the project logbook with the approved signature from guide for both weekly reports and consolidated Report are allowed for attending the second review.
Bring your project-logbook when you are coming for the presentation and write the comments given by panel members.
