Dear Interns,
June 05, 2012 is the vacation period for the Institute. So it may be difficult
to get appointment with your guide on and after June 05, 2012.
You are directed to get your PPT and interim project report approved by
internal guide through any means of communication.
Also get the signature in the proforma-2 and proforms-3 attached before the
review.
1. Proforma-2(Attendance certificate) and Proforma-3(Consolidated
Report - Before the Review) has to
be submitted to the coordinators on or before 10.00am on June 5th.
2. The interim project report consisting of the abstract, System architecture (any
equivalent of it) and problem statement has to be submitted to the respective
internal guide in hard copy..
Project groups fulfilling points 1 and 2 will be allowed for the evaluation.
The Review will start from 10.30AM onwards.
College uniform and ID card are compulsory for attending the review.
