Internship - Slot-2 / Review-3 / 03_07_2012

Dear Interns,

1.      Third  Review for Phase –II / Slot-2  is scheduled on 03/07/2012 Tuesday from 10.30 AM to 4.45 PM.

2.      July 03, 2012 is the vacation period for the University. So it may be difficult to get appointment with your guide on and after July 03, 2012. You are directed to get your PPT approved by guide through any means of communication.

3.      All the project groups (Slot-2) are requested to prepare for the Power point presentation (PPT) in the format (PPT Template) is attached. The maximum no. of slides for the review is also given in the PPT Template.

4.      All project groups (Slot-2) are intimated to show their finalized PPT to the internal guide on or before 03/ 07/ 2012, 10.00 AM and get the signature from the guide in the proforma-3.

5.      Proforma-2(Attendance certificate) has to be submitted along with proforma-3.

6.      The rough draft of project report (For format- refer previous mail) should be submitted to respective internal project guide.

Project groups fulfilling points 4,5 and 6 will be allowed for the evaluation.

College uniform and ID card are compulsory for attending the review.
