Internship - Slot 1/ External Viva-voce Examination/ 08-06-12 - Reg.

[Project Coordinators]

Dear interns,

1.       Pls. find attachment for Slot-1 External viva-voce examination schedule and venue details.

2.       Viva-voce starts at 9.00 am onwards.

3.       Strictly follow the report format (refer previous mail dated - may 9^th).

4.       Attach project completion report from respected company next page of Bonafide certificate

5.       Rough draft should be given to the respective internal Guide on or before (05/06/2012).

6.       Binded reports dually signed from chairperson and respective guides (No.of copies required = No. of Students in a Project group) submitted to Project Coordinator on or before 07/06/2012. 11.00 am .

7.       Write the complete Project code, report of your project and Scanned copy of Bonafide certificate page of your report after getting signature of the guide and HoD into 3 CDs and submit two copys to Project Co-ordinator and other to your Guide on the same day.

 

Note :

·         Refer attachment for Binding type and rapper colour.

·         All the CD’s are supposed to submit in a plastic-spongesupport cover(sample pic is attached to the mail)- 3 different covers for 3 CD’s, other covers are not accepted.
