May we suggest that your Embassy help with your hotel accommodations. We will provide a shuttle service to and from the event venue.

We have reserved rooms at Victoria Hotel Yogyakarta. I think it is not far from the event venue. 

I hope you can provide a shuttle service from airport to our hotel.
