Thank you for your clarification. In this regard, please keep a room for Chu Ngoc Quan from 4 - 6 July (625,000 IDR) at Quality hotel and cancel the booking of the other room for Pham Quang huy (825,000 IDR) as my room has been reserved.

As I have mentioned previously, there are no other rooms available. Sheraton is also fully booked. Your only options are the 2 single bed rooms in Quality Hotel.

Thank you very much for your reply. I confirm to cancel the single room at Quality Hotel (Executive Floor IDR 825,000) booked from 01 - 06 July and please reserve a double room at Sheraton from 04 - 06 July in replacement of the room (Deluxe IDR 625,000) at Quality Hotel.

In the meantime. could you advise the room rate at Sheraton.

We can cancel the rooms, but we are unable to change room bookings and no Twin rooms are available because all hotels are fully booked at the moment. If you wish to share a room, there is only a single bed in the room.

Dear Sir, Madame,

We have received your registration and have added to the list of participants.

In terms of hotels, we have allocated 2 rooms for the delegation heads (AMM Head delegation/leader and SOM Head delegation/leader). However, additional participants are encouraged to book on their own to any hotels within Yogyakarta. We will arrange a shuttle service for delegations residing outside of Sheraton.

You may refer to the Jayakarta Hotel, or Quality Hotel as indicated in the General Administration document, or refer to the following list of additional hotels:

Hotel Sahid Raya 

New Saphir Hotel

Puri Artha Hotel

LPP Garden Hotel

Room rates average at IDR 500,000 per night for standard rooms, and IDR 1,000,000 per night for Suites.
