CANCELLATION POLICY: Requests for registration cancellation and refunds must be received in writing, to include your name, registration confirmation number or AAO member number and sent to the attention of the Meetings Department via mail (AAO Central Office), fax 800-747-2513 or email sdv...@aaortho.org. Requests received after June 18, 2015 (30 days after meeting) will not be approved.
