Participation for July Event

All,

We would like to have a meeting with all members to discuss the July Event. Please let me know as soon as possible if you can join the meeting sometime on Wed or Thursday. If I do not get replies from all, I will go ahead and cancel this year's event in July.

i should be free any day this week after 2:30pm. it will be more convenient if it is after 3pm, but i could probably make it to a meeting a little bit earlier than that. please tell me when exactly when the meeting will be so i make sure not to plan anything. thanks :)
