Good Morning All –

I hope that you weekend was restful (ha) and we are ready to rock n roll this week to tie  up our lose ends for the Rally in Sacramento next Monday.  I am extremely excited to represent COA and the Peralta District.

This is a call for Bus Monitors and security personnel for the Rally.  It is required that we have one Peralta Staff or Faculty member serve as Bus Monitor for each bus of COA students.  We currently have 4 buses for COA, one which was donated to our cause complete with driver.  I have attended the Bus monitor responsibility sheet for your information.  Please respond by 3PM today if you are willing to serve in this capacity as I must turn your information into Dean Vasconcellos for her records and report.

The SSCCC, sponsors of the event, are requiring one Security Personnel member for every 50 students that we bring.  Although I am still working with unconfirmed numbers I believe that we are somewhere between 200-250 participants.  Therefore, I am looking for 5 students who are willing to serve in this capacity as well.  I have included the responsibility sheet for this position as well.  I am also asking for you to respond to this call by 3PM today.  I will need to turn the students names into Senator Rachael Richards of the SSCCC.

For those who are willing to serve please provide your First and Last name, cellular number and e-mail address.  Also indicate your position on the COA campus (i.e. faculty, ASCOA, club leader, etc.)

Should you have any questions or require more information please feel free to contact me directly.

Happy Monday!!!!!

-Jurena

Hi J,

I just saw this, as this is the first time I have had time to sit down and check my email. Let me know if you are short on any of these needed positions so we can move to fill them asap.
