I have attached the proposal from Steve King to this post.  Keep in mind that we will be needing 12 shower units instead of 9 listed on the proposal.  I suggest that we install the 6 shower units before the Lenten retreat in March.  One decision I would like input on is the coating for the shower units.  The units listed on the proposal are $408 which have a chrome finish.  The same sower units without the chrome finish are $308.

Regarding the Millennium Building downstairs:
We have dehumidifiers running to help keep the moister down.  We have also installed air fresheners that have dramatically improved the smell in the building.  However, I believe that this only masks the underlying problem with the building.  I can ask Steve King for advice on this subject.

Can we get a separate quote for just the millennium building and also ask if he is willing to let us work with him to lower the labor costs.

http://www.us.kohler.com/onlinecatalog/pdf/1095476_4.pdf             dimensions

On Kohler's site the only have the elongated bowel in the class 6.  They have two models one is the water sense model and the other is regular.  I would assume the one quoted is the regular model.  Chris and I watched a video of the class five flush and class 6 and we both agreed that we want the class 6 and that the class five would not be satisfactory (if someone where to paint the bowel, the toilet would not be cleaned by simply flushing).  Eric if you could take the dimensions to camp and see how much room it would give us between the front of the toilet and the stall door.  Perhaps the elongated bowel will work as all the toilets.  List price $ 389.10

Which one?  I would guess the 2500 model.
Boys wash house has 4 sinks, with 3? replaced
Girls wash house has 4 sinks, with 1? replaced
MCC Boys down wash house has 3 sinks
MCC girls down wash house has 3 sinks
MCC Boys up wash house has 2 sinks
MCC Boys up wash house has 2 sinks
Dinning Hall has 3 sinks
worker cabin 1 sink
cooks cabin 1 sink
Leader cabin 1 sink replaced?
Infirmary 1 sink
total needed faucets = 20?

Considering the price of the faucets and how crappy the old ones are I think we should replace ALL the old faucets.
