Received these recent emails. I had not received anything until Chris called me recently and asked of my lack of response. I assume that I will have to check the correspondence through googlegroups or will all this be sent automatically to me?
 
I DID review all the emails. It is critical for all the participants (maint comm and the camp manager) to be on the same page and mutually  support each other. Each member must have some trust in others, even if you disagree. Before the issue of the tractors came to a head, several of the members of the committee/manager came with an attitude of confrontation and, I felt, wanted to challenge each other, not necessarily in a positive way. If the confrontation continues - you will focus on the confrontation and forget was is beneficial to the camp.
 
There are 2 ways out of this situation of inaction on the sales of the tractors (and other confrontations that I for see with the individuals we have involved). We must compromise and give way for individuals to function (even if mistakes are made).We must then support each other in the work we do for ASC  Otherwise you will always be butting heads. The other choice is for us to step aside (or be asked to step aside) This includes the maint comm and even the camp manager. We are all replaceable! even if we do not see others stepping forward.
