5 documents have been created in the syndicate to post job postings across the country. the documents have been named as follows:

1. Job Postings - North Zone
2. Job Postings - South Zone
3. Job Postings - West Zone
4. Job Postings - East Zone
5. Job Postings - Central Zone

The alumni will post job requirements (if any) in the respective documents for all to see. The post will, in all probability contain:

1. designation

2. Job description

3. Salary range

4. Academic and Experience requirements

5. Contact information

6. Any other organization specific information which the company may require.

Kindly make use of this opportunity and let others know about it as well.

I suppose, there may be some of you, who may have conflicting views as to how the job posting is being handled. Let me inform you that most of us are new to the job of maintaining an online alumni association and that efforts are being taken to improve it and add more value. As one of the representatives of the alumni, I appeal to you to help us here; to support the initiative and to come up with ideas of your own. I promise you; we will make this association formidable someday. But for that dream to come true, I ask for your support and involvement.....today.

In the process you may see some confusion, chaos and other uncalled for entities, please bear in mind that we are all in a learning phase and that things will improve and we shall get better with each passing mistake.

My apologies for the delay in response.

Well, this was unexpected, thanks! I sincerely hope that you and all your classmates go on to become a better alumni than I am, which is not very difficult really! 

My earnest appeal is to be the adhesive of the class. Rest will take care of itself.
