| Dear Joe, Please join us for an ASCE YMF/Construction Committee Professional Development event! Come enjoy refreshments and Pizza at 444 North Capitol Street NW, 7th Floor, Suite 730, Room B for a presentation by Scott Stannard P.E. and the VP, Assistant office manager for ECS. Mr Stannard will talk to us on how to review and what to look for when reading a geotechnical report for a project. In addition, the review of techniques to ensure geotechnical recommendations are properly reflected in contract documents. When you enter the Hall of States building, please check in with the security desk located in the middle of the lobby. All visitors must show ID and sign in at the front desk to obtain a visitor badge. From there, turn right and swipe the visitor badge in the entry point and proceed to the elevators. Once you are on the 7th floor turn towards the "North West". If you are facing the sign, you will turn right and the Breather space will be down that hall on your right hand side.
