Hi All,
I will be out of town this week, visiting family, and therefore unable to host the meeting this week. I wanted to give the group the option to meet without me with a new meeting host, or we can push back the meeting one week.
The update I was going to share this week was that I confirmed with DGS that it would be a good idea for this group to draft some City-vetted guidance material to guide the creation of pollinator gardens on private property. Once we have our document(s), we can send those to the City gardener for her comments and then make them available to residents. I think this will be a great first task for this group.
So, my question for the group is what those materials should include. I know we have gathered some examples in here:

For this email, however, please respond if you have a preference for holding the meeting this Thursday (11/13) with an alternate host, or if you would prefer to push it back until next Thursday (11/20), in which case I will host.
