Subject: Ganapatipule meeting (2nd batch- 6th august)

The following students are instructed to attend a meeting on 4th Aug, 2012 sharp at 10.30am.

If these students do not turn up for the meeting, they will not be allowed to go to the trip. This meeting is compulsory to attend. I don't want reasons like "not well", "going out", "internship going on" etc etc...

I need to take your signatures as a part of an undertaking.
