FUTURE GROUP a very well know name in Retail Industry is once again organising "BIG DAYS".
Its an enriching experience that the students gain. Its a unique earn & learn programme.
Every year during our Bi- annual sale period in Aug and Jan, management students from B-schools across the country join our stores as a part of our store management team. Besides giving these students retail exposure, it also enables us to gauge the performance of these students and their interest in the industry.During this period management students from various B-schools join us to understand and experience the nuances of front end retailing. Every year we have 1500 students who join us from various reputed colleges like, Thakur Inst of Mgt, Indira School of Bus, Somaiaya Inst of Mgt, Vivekanand Inst of Mgt and the Mumbai University Kalina campus etc.
Since we have been approached by your students for summers, we would like to take this association further and provide this opportunity to the students of your Institute as well. We do understand that lot of your students are inclined in making a career into retail. As an organisation we are overwhelmed by the interest shown in the industry by the young budding managers. Being a pioneer in the industry, we have successfully provided a platform to these young minds to experience the front end retailing.
The students would be reimbursed Rs.150/- per day besides getting a certificate of completion. They would also get an opportunity to work with us on all further live projects.
