The Convocation of AUUP for the students passed out in the Year 2016 is scheduled to be held from 10th – 12th
November 2016.
The students of the previous batches, class of 2013, 2014 and 2015 (UG & PG Programmes) who qualified in the supplementary examinations held in the year 2016 will also be awarded degrees in this Convocation.
You are requested to submit the following on or before 29th October 2016:
(1) Online consent on Amity University website (For attending or not attending the convocation) through the following link :
(accessing it using your enrollment
number)
(2) Submit the duly Filled & Signed copy of Attached format (Hard Copy or Scanned Soft Copy)
Both the Steps must be completed before 29th October 2016 by each Graduating/Post Graduating student.
Other relevant Information
The Convocation 2016 will be held in two shifts.
a. Morning Shift: The main convocation of the group of Institutions (as listed above) will be held in the morning in the Sports Ground, where Chief Guest will be invited. Chancellor, AUUP will confer the degrees and present the awards to the Graduands. The Morning Schedule will include the following:
· Procession by the members of Statutory Committees (Court, Executive Council, Academic Council, University Research Committee etc.), HoIs of concerned Institutions and AUUP officials
· Convocation address by the Chief Guest
· Award of Medals and Trophy
· Award of Ph.D
· Blessings by Founder President
· Award of Honorary Doctoral Degree (to be decided)
· Conferring the degree to graduands and administering the pledge (Investiture) by Chancellor, AUUP
b. Afternoon Shift: The Afternoon shift will be organized by the respective institutions at different venues. The Venue-wise list of Programme will be issued separately. The Programme Schedule of the Afternoon shift will include the Presentation of Degrees, Mark sheets and Certificates of Value Addition Courses.
