Please find the Schedule of Examination for HVCO, Entrepreneurship, OABC & ASPA courses along with Date of Evaluation, Course and Group &Venue for the conduct of the examinations. Allow only those backlog students who have already paid the back paper fee for these courses (list of all 04 courses are enclosed).
Presence of all faculty evaluators will be mandatory during the evaluation as per attached details. In case there is any gap due to some urgency, the faculty evaluator is required to give prior information & it will be the responsibility of the faculty evaluator to provide a replacement under proper intimation to the following concerned HoIs/Head/Co-ordinator:

Examination Schedule of End Semester Examinations: April –May, 2017 has been published on Amizone for Deans, Advisors & HoI/HoDs (Academic à Examination à Exam Schedule).
You are requested to get it checked with reference to:
1. The scheme of Teaching & Evaluation and actual papers offered/ opted during the semester.
2. Papers which are viva/practical/lab based and have been offered during the semester.
3. Check and ensure that there is no clashing in examinations of core, domain or open elective courses to avoid disturbance in the entire process of conduct of examinations.
4. No observations (w.r.t. above) reported from you, will be treated as No Gap Observed.
It is therefore requested that the examination schedule be thoroughly checked before confirmation of the same to the Examination Department latest by 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, 21st March, 2017. The final exam schedule will be notified for the students on 21st March 2017.
Please note that examinations for all courses will be conducted only on the basis of course code. Block of Examinations has been extended to accommodate all courses. Schedule of HVCO, Entrepreneurship, OABC, ASPA will be notified by the Examination Department shortly.
