Thanks for attending the meeting.
Following points were discussed:
1. Please finalize the poster by filling the details in highlighted cells of student / faculty coordinators in the format attached.
2. After finalization of poster, make the multiple copies of it and display wherever possible.
3. Make the student coordinators responsible for advertising and maximum participation in sport quiz.
4. You are required to ensure atleast 50 teams at your end from the institutions.
5. We will meet again on 14th October 2016 to review the registration.
